The Passing of Our Four Legged Friend, Sophie Dog

Sophie Dog

I am sad to report the passing of our family pet Sophie Dog (a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel) who passed away in her sleep on Thursday morning, she was approx 10 years old. Sophie had some heart problems which is very common in Cavaliers.

She has been a huge part of our family over the past 7 years and will be greatly missed by us all.

As I work from home she was an integral part of my day, feeding, letting outside to do her business and of course to rub her belly while she lay on her back. She was a great forced distraction away from my computer.

We will definitely be getting another dog in the near future but we are undecided on what we will be getting.

I have three fur babies (dogs) and they are the love of my life. I can’t even begin to imagine what it will be like when one passes.
