UK Web Users Trust the .co.uk ccTLD over .com

I love the .co.uk domain space and own just over 250 of them. Although I live in Australia I was born in Scotland and am developing a few of the better quality names with some companies in the UK.

I think the survey is very accurate and only makes sense that people have a high trust factor for their local ccTLd.

I know that most of the people I talk to in Australia have a similar mindset for the .com.au.

Yes .com is still king but the ccTLD’s still have a great deal to offer the new domainer that may not have the cash to get into the higher priced .com domains.

I had better stop typing and get some more …
